The Basque movement EH Bildu gained 930 local councillors in the Basque Country and 320 in Navarra. Arnaldo Otegi said that they are higher than ever. In the Basque Country the movement climbs to a 24,79 % and in Navarra to the 19,73 %. Meanwhile the Basque National Party grows too. Their 1,018 councillors in 2015 are 1,057 in 2019 with a strong 36,24 % (33,13 % in 2015). In Navarra Geroa Bai wins 47 councillors, twelve less than in 2015.
