JxCat clear victory in Catalonia

Together for Catalonia (JxCat) won the May 26th European elections with 987,149 votes meaning a 28,5 %. Second comet he pro Spanish PSOE lead by the former FA Minister Jose Borrell. Borrell was defeated with only 766,107. His defeat is worst because the third force, Ahora Repúblicas, also pro independence obtained 733,401 votes meaning a 21,2 %. With this results pro independecen parties obtained a 50 %. Carles Puigdemont was elected as well as former health Catalan Minister Toni Comín.

In Valencia JxCat obtained 6,951, in the Balearic Islands 10,663 and in the Basque Country 6,387.
