The list is promoted by Raphaël Glucksmann, from the french Socialist party. Jean-Pierre Lévesque presented the European petition for minority rights.
Irish diplomatic Erwan Fouéré spoke too about the new Europe after Brexit. Fouéré is the son of Breton thinker and militant Yann Fouéré exiled in Ireland decades ago. A debate ensued on the internal European borders: posted workers, control at the external borders: European officials at Frontex.?
