"

The document of Sortu makes an analysis of the situation of the Regime in different areas and its evolution in recent years. Thus, in the so-called "social leg of the Regime", formed by UGT, CCOO and CEN, progress has been made limiting the power of this trio in the Navarre Employment Service. Regarding Euskara (Basque language), it considers that the Regime has lost tools to make its linguistic policy and that "there has been a change of direction", but it is aware that it has managed to find a message that links Basque with imposition, especially in Erribera.
