Alsatian party Unser Land gathers demanding self-government

On March 2nd, about 150 activists and sympathizers of the Alsatian movement gathered at the call of Unser Land, at the Place Kléber in Strasbourg. The objective was to contribute to the great debate organized by the government by presenting the main complaints of the Alsatians regarding the institutional future of their region.
Far from the million proposals in the official notebooks, Unser Land was simple: at the opening of the notebook, 4 banners are deployed "Our grievances:" "Out of the Grand Est" "billinguisme generalized" "autonomous Alsace" before deploy as a symbol the "largest Alsatian flag in the world" with dimensions of 6 x 13 m!
Balls stamped Grand Est (reference to the display campaign that had made the buzz in 2018) were then thrown into a garbage, Andrée Munchenbach saying that "the Great East goes into the trash of history."
The discussions were going well with the passers-by, even if some bobos remained on their certainties that they had against them nasty fascists, the overwhelming majority was interested in the action and supported the desire of Alsace. The European Community of Alsace was approached and the opinions are unanimous: even if it is a tiny advance, without the political representation, without the associations and movements which are manifested, nothing would have been done. Jean Daniel Zeter, president of Club Perspectives Alsaciennes, reminded him: "today we are offered a large department, at least demand a community with special status.
