A Spanish Court has removed the accusation of armed group against the political organization Causa Galiza. The Special Court exonerates the nine people arrested by 2015 linked to the Galician pro independence organization, but maintains the accusation of overthrowing terrorism that will have to be resolved in the coming days where they will communicate if the cause is definitively rejected or if this accusation is maintained.
Through a 34-page decidion the Spanish Court exonerates the nine people arrested by 2015 linked to the Galician independent organization that supposed imprisonment of between seven and fourteen years.
One of the spokespersons of Causa Galiza, Joam Peres, attributes these operations to "a strategy of exhaustion of Galician independence, with very media operations with hooded and armed police. The intention is to create an extensive climate of terror throughout the social environment. The message is clear: any independentist can be detained for both his membership in political organizations and to show his solidarity with the people taken."
