The cities of Bilbo (Basque Country under Spanish administration) and Baiona (Basque Country under French administration) have hosted today two demonstrations to demand the end of the Spanish penitentiary policy of exception applied to prisoners. 76,000 people have been in Bilbo and 9,000 in Baiona, according to the count made by Gara and Mediabask. To emphasize the wide political representation in Baiona and the demand to Paris to apply the common law "to all prisoners." The French state has approached the 60 % of the Basque political prisoners. In Bilbo have stressed that "while the jails are not emptied we will be before an unfinished resolution."
